Make sure your home is spotlessly clean and ready to receive guests – supplying freshly laundered, superior quality bed linen and fluffy white towels

Provide a ‘Welcome Pack’ of essentials including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, shortbread and more

Liaise with your guest in advance to arrange a meeting time at the property

Welcome them at your home and give them a guided tour of everything they need to know about the property – eg, the appliances, internet, heating and any security aspects, etc

Be the point of contact for your guests during their stay, should any problems or issues arise

Check your property at the end of your guest’s stay to make sure everything is switched off and secure

Carry out a thorough clean of your home and prepare it for your next guests.
