We currently manage nearly 50 properties for over 40 owners of holiday lets in and around the city.

From one bedroom apartments, to five bedroom houses. From the heart of the inner city, to the surrounding suburbs.

The type and level of service we provide to our clients depends on their personal needs and how ‘hands on’ they want, or are able to be, in the everyday management of their property.

For many though we provide what is now our ‘signature’ Holiday Let Service of pre or post let cleaning, providing freshly laundered premium linen and towels & being the main point of contact for your guests immediately before and upon their arrival.
